University which is too underrated

Remarks :
I had to appear for the WBJEE exam, which was followed by counseling. The counseling was simply based on ranks and eligibility criteria was 75% for general students with Physics, chemistry, and maths as compulsory subjects. I chose this college because of its academic flexibility, zero attendance policy, and abundant resources to pick from. The college has excellent faculty and a great learning environment. The college also provides campus placements where the highest ranges up to 1.8Cr and the median is around 10LPA.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course has a different curriculum which opens opportunities in more than one field: core, consulting, and IT. In this course, We are exposed to various industry-relevant subjects which provide opportunities to excel both in higher studies and placement opportunities.
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet, I am in 2nd year, and we have industrial training at the end of 2nd year and internship opportunities after 5th semester. We can opt for both on-campus and off-campus opportunities and we can also do research internships.
Placement Experience :
There are ample opportunities in all fields. There are on-campus placements opportunities offered with the placement cell. The placement cell is also connected through student representatives which makes the process even smooth. I plan to sit for on-campus placement as well.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
During admission the fees is around 5.4K, .There are no other fees generally. During exams, we have to pay certain exam fees, which is 10-12 Rupees per subject. There are laboratory fees or compulsory charges.
Campus Life :
There are a lot of clubs from coding to robotics and social matters. There is also a IEEE branch and E-Cell. Besides, the campus is very beautiful and fosters collaborative environment. There are ample opportunities for people who wish to pursue their interests from sports to academics and cultural activities. We also have multiple college fests in college.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't but I have knowledge of hostel, where there is a process of application through authority and is allotted based on need first. The hostels are located both in and off campus. Freshers are provided with on campus hostel.

Student should not have any Backlog and Minimum 60% throughout academics , those who qualify this criteria they can be part of placement drive. Cognizant - 12 , TCS - 4, Bavistech - 8, Utah Tech Labs - 15. Highest - 9 LPA , Average - 3.5 LPA Around 30% student got placed. I got placed and after getting degree i will join that compnay.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Placements are for MSc batch only. Last year the highest package was 28LPA from Citi Bank, Gurgaon. Majorly hiring companies that come in FETSU for placements only come to maths dept in SFSU. Packages offered here are based on qualities. It decent.
