NIT Rourkela B.Tech CSE Admission 2026

• Admission to the B.Tech CSE programme at NIT Rourkela is done based on rank in JEE Main.
• The seats are allocated primarily through JoSAA counseling in multiple rounds.
• However, the counseling for seats that remain vacant after JoSAA Counseling is managed by CSAB.

Step-wise B.Tech CSE Admission process is given below:

• Step 1: Apply and appear in the JEE Main exam
• Step 2: Participate in JoSAA Counselling and fill NIT Rourkela as a preference
• Step 3: Wait for seat allocation and pay the fees upon confirmation
