Our University is vibrant hub of activity, with a wide range of events and activities that cater to diverse interest and passions. Throughout the year a lot of events both cultural and academic happen in the University. The University library is very big and has availabilty of all neccessary books and e-resources.

Fest Name - Aventine in the month of December Library is best in the whole of North-east with providing all the books related to course and non course. Cricket ground, volleyball court, Badminton indoor stadium, Table Tennis indoor stadium etc is available. Auditorium is available for drama, dance, act, plays etc. Hostel Food is good and comparable to other hostels. PG facilities is also available in the locality.

The campus life is also okay as I have opted for hostel I live in hostel there is many places in our hostel like voting place is there library is also there is also present there is also swimming pool tea garden

Various fests events and programs are held here like bihu diwali holi etc. There is college sports week ever year and inter college meet is conducted every year. There is various clubs for sports and cultural events.

The campus is huge and full of greenery, there are a lot of things to explore like there are many ponds and lakes , there are three eateries inside the campus One is named Varsity, a small kiosk One is Vanadium, a cafe One is the Canteen Above the canteen there is indoor sports stadium We have football court , basketball court and volleyball court too We also have a Gymnasium We have a lot of chilling spots We have Orchards , Bridges , A small tea garden too and an eco tourism area where people can do boating.we can cycle the whole campus

Infrastructure is particularly too good. The environment is close to nature. There are various clubs and extra curricular activities and students are always encouraged to participate. Overall good experience

The campus is full of greenery with sufficient space. There are various fishing places which include the university eco-tourism park, University landscape, Canteen, and cafeteria. For Reading purposes, there is a central library with thousands of books in it and with an internet facility. Classrooms are fully smart with projectors, LED Displays, etc. For the music, literary, cultural, and sports enthusiasts there is an opportunity to express their talent in the annual Universe Sports Fest College fest and the Annual Fest.

AVENTINE is the fest in AAU celebrated in December every year. Every type of book and journals are present in the library . There are many types of books related to Agriculture , Horticulture , Fisheries , Health and allied Sciences etc . Students can participate in extracurricular activities . There are many clubs where students can enrol like dance . music , football etc . The student's Society / Union arranges co-curricular activities such as games , sports . NSS/NCC Programmes also organised as a part of Social/ National service. The hostel here is quite good . All the basic amenities will be provided . Food quality in mess is moderate . You can find various menus . Few of them are Assamese food , Rice bowls , cereals etc For hostels you will be allotted a bed , a wardrobe , study table and a chair . Rest of the things has to be brought by students .
