So basically DUIET is a part of Dibrugarh University a well renowned Institution all over Assam and a prestigious University, the university is full of nature and a very study oriented Environment it includes various different things for example a Gym for the students, a Indoor stadium for students, a Library with thousands of books for the students, a park for relaxation for the students, Various events , various departments, Social groups related to different tribes, caste , Religion.. A College week or A fest Named Versity Week is celebrated for a week with different activities which takes place in between February and March.

There are so many fest conducted every year..usually in the August month and February. The library of our university is well equipped with modern facilities. The availability of books and journals in the library is around 80% . The classroom are also equipped with all modern amenities including department library, smart boad , digital screen , projector etc. There are so many sports and extracurricular activities on the campus but I don't know in details because I'm not associated with this part. There are so many social groups and clubs run by the students.

One can expect 2-3 fests that are held every month organised by different departments. There is a central library for the whole University. However our department has its library for books from our course structure. Sports and extracurricular activities are highly appreciated here. The most anticipated sports fest is Vercity week held in February each year.

Varsity week is conducted at the university every year in March. One of the best libraries in the state is in the University and all kinds of books are there in the library. There are many social groups are there in the university. The hostel fee is 2900 per year and the mess fee varies from hostel to hostel there are rented rooms or pg which are affordable prices near the university.

Campus Life is tiring because our university is very big, and it's quite fun to have all the greenery around. The fun fact is, the campus helps us zone out and find some special lone space for ourselves, there are good sports places as well to better enjoy with the people around.

In our Btech journey, we have many fest such as Metapoise( it was conducted in the month of October) and we are upcoming with Petrofest in the month of February and many different types of fest we celebrate All types of books and journals are available in the library i.e Lakshminath Bezbaroa Library. We have a two playground i.e new and old playground and Versity week is celebrated were a number of sports are played in a week. We have also an indoor stadium were we can practice games like table tennis and badminton and there are volleyball fields also.

Campus life is also very amazing, there are many events organised by the institute and many other clubs, events like cultural night, competitions, gaming, dancing, music and all everything, there are many hangout areas....

There are many clubs in the university. there is a park in the campus, many canteens, a central library. There are many clubs in engineering section of ECE, CSE, Petroleum Departments like Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Google developer student club, Society of Petroleum Engineers etc.

Campus life is very enjoyable. Many fest occurs at the University. Starting with Varsity Week in the month of March, Bihu celebrations in the month of April, Freshers Social Event in the month of August and many other fests varies annually. Extracurricular activities include sports and NSS. Many clubs and study circles are there for volunteering and competitive exam and interview preparation. Library is well equipped with modern technologies and wi-fi. Town is nearby for weekend visit. Sports facilities include cricket playground, football playground, volleyball court, badminton court, table tennis. Gym facilities are also available. Overall a very good experience.

To be honest, i love my campus more than anyone else. I love it completely and don’t wanna leave. There is no thing like ragging in our campus its all rumours sometimes . The academic hectic can be easily vanished if you spend time on the benches of the parks, the roads consumed by Nahor trees, the library, the park, the canteens everything. I just love them all. There is no thing like depression if you spend time with or without anyone in the library park or anywhere relaxing place.
