Placement Experience:

The placement and internship opportunities have not been good for the past few years but recently the admin has started working towards them and will be providing a choice of placement or internships.

Remarks:

The college is a state government college and the fees is a bit on the affordable side. The faculty is well qualified and driven. They know what they are doing. Only written test required to get in is CUET. Cut offs for UR category is around 650 marks atleast

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this university the schedule of classes are very student friendly and teachers does not give lot of burden for students they teaches only as much industry want. Basically it is practical course you don't have to study too much as b.com. but internship is compulsory which helps you to be industry ready.

Remarks:

Because in this course and university there is a compulsory intership of 2 months every which is provided by university. This help us to be industry ready and gain experience. And for u have to give general exam in cuet and fill the form of ambedkar University delhi after cuet result.

Placement Experience:

Placements at AUD are not very great. You can get a decent internship with the help of the placement cell of the university but not a good job. I got an internship at Diya Foundation, Bangalore with the help of the placement cell. I started preparing for competitive exams after graduation.

Remarks:

I took admission here in 2020. I did not have to appear for any entrance tests, GDs or interviews. However, after that, it has slightly changed. The university now considers the CUET score of the candidate for admission.

Placement Experience:

There is indeed a training and placement cell in the Ambedkar university ran by students. Only setback is that it mostly offers internships and placements for mba students and thus other students are left with nothing in their hands.

Remarks:

This university has one of the best faculty and they admit on the basis of the Cuet score. It is compulsory to have taken general test in order to get into honors courses at this university. To prepare for the CUET, I would prefer solving competition booklets and work sheets and reviewing and going through all your 12th class learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of AUD is far more better than DU since it offers 5 courses per semester instead of 7. There are AEO courses offered, related to different majors (like political science, sociology, psychology, etc.) which gives a really vast insight to the subjects other than the basic academics. For eg: there's an AEO course offered in first semester under psychology domain with the name "Identity through Popular Narratives" and it talks about psychology in relation to philosophy and sociology aswell. The faculty are well qualified. Most of the faculties you'll see would have the qualifications of masters or PhD. Their teaching methods might be found boring by some students but if focused properly, the classes are easy to understand. The exams are easy if the students have focused on lectures. Although the only criticism I have is of the 2 hours lectures, but if the professors are generous enough, they end up giving little breaks in between.

Remarks:

You have to give CUET in order to get admission into AUD. At first I wanted to get admission into DU, but due to issues with subject mapping, I couldn't get admission into DU. So my next option was AUD. In AUD I faced no issue with the subject mapping. The cut offs for this year in BA psychology were pretty decent. It was around 660+ in your overall score of CUET (out of 800) There were no prior interviews for AUD since it's a state government college. Overall AUD is a pretty decent college. The faculty is really good, and it's more academically oriented. You might feel that AUD is culturally dead since it has very rare events held in an year, but if you're an academically focused student, then AUD is the college for you. I've faced various issues with the management of AUD as they're sometimes very slow and unresponsive and you can even observe a lot of student union politics taking place within the university. But that's a normal part of it and can be ignored.

Placement Experience:

The university has a newly formed placement committee which has not yet provided jobs to the students apart from that we are on our own for getting a placement or internship at any place for my course we can get an internship under a lawyer as our course taught us in paralegal field which can be applied.

Remarks:

The good aspect of the college is its faculty which are good at their job as professors the fee of the college although is very high and keeps on increasing but the fee waiver policy is a great help for the students as students belonging from ews can get their fees reduced and affordable even if they are from general category. The bad aspect about the college is its mess as the food their is unhygienic and also expensive because of which students have to visit out side for eating

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is pretty nice. It's really practical and the skills we are learning through this course will help us in daily life and also coming the future. The faculty is very co-operative and also there is a fee waiver policy in AUD. The exams are scheduled in the middle of the sem and at the end. Meanwhile, presentations are taken and assessed freely.

Remarks:

So, I chose this college for a particular course which is BBA and I had heard earlier that this university has its own curriculum and criteria. I gave cuet and through those marks, I got the admission. As far as I have come to know the course is pretty nice and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. The cut-off which I got through was around 380 something which included English and general test marks of cuet. There was no such interview process for admission. After my name came on the list I just had to submit the required documents and that’s it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Sociology is my choice as I like to study the society and its functions in depth. I want to know how it works that's my inspiration for this course. Teachers here are great with students they are friendly and cool with you. Most professors here hold a doctorate in their degree. The library archive books in AUD are good people do sit there and satisfy themselves with books. Course outlines are shared with us by he professor which has guidelines for us as to what they expect from us and the assessment pattern is there too. Scholarships are given to students with good grades and financial assistance that we call SWF here. A fee waiver is also given to students which provides relaxation on the fees which is upto 75 per cent.

Remarks:

Well, I was a former student at AUD as I did my bachelor's from this college. AUD was recommended to me by my elder cousin's sister she told me that AID is really good for academics and for enjoying college life. AUD is a nice place to hang out with friends. Teachers are cool with you they do want you to speak up with them and have an open heart conversation with them. They're amazing. The thing that is not fulfilling is that we don't have our campus now but shortly, we'll have it. AUD's admission process is easy and simple. After performing at cuet I choose AUD because I love it here. Though only forms and online registration are their only demand here no interviews nothing else is required. You just have to look out for the cut-offs.

Placement Experience:

I have only seen a few alumni who have gone abroad after their graduation here, yet I cannot say much about the placements here as the infrastructure is pretty bad and constantly changes. I for myself want to do PhD and teach in a school if I get to.

Remarks:

I initially got enlisted in Delhi University but I forgot to check the list and by the time I did, it was already too late so I had to opt for AUD. The admission process was pretty easy all you needed were the CUET exam results and some other eligibility criteria.

Placement Experience:

I'm not sure about the placements as I have not talked to any alumni about their job experience, for myself I'm gonna leave the college after graduation and go for my master's in ancient history in some other college with a better job opportunity.

Remarks:

I have heard that Ambedkar University is good for BA students and I was not wrong the university is really good when it comes to teaching but has no cultural life whatsoever. I had to give CUET and meet the minimum criteria mentioned on University website to get admission. Everything else was pretty easy.
