There is a mandatory internship program in the fourth year for completion of degree that all students must do. The internship spans over a whole semester and the stipend in this internship program depends on the knowledge and marketing skills of students themselves.

Not yet opted for any internship .after 2 months my second last semester is over and after that in next semester I have to go for internship at Nipsid chandigarh for my internship.after internship I have to submit my report at college.

Yes we can apply for placement and jobs but on our own as in our 8 semester we go for an internship it is about three four month we have to apply for the internship on your own and we get to know work experience there it can be paid or unpaid both it depends upon which company you are going

I did the internship at csir IHBT Palampur . I learn the lab work there in the biotechnology lab. And check the composition of the foods like micro nutrients macronutrients. It was a great experience for me .

I will internship in my 4th year so I don't know much about that but I will opted after discussing with my advisor and some of my colleagues so that I can have a better environment on those 4 months of my internship

Internship is Provided by college itself as just like medical Colleges there is a veterinary hospital in college where students have to give duties There are 18 departments in college and students have to work for 10-15 days in each department during internship. Along with this the students are sent to different veterinary centers of states (Una , kullu) for real life field exposure of students. And then they are also sent to other colleges like GADVASU (Ludhiana) for exposure in other colleges with higher patient load. The stipend is provided is around 4000/- per month The intern have to work as a doctor in different departments and perform different roles which are done by doctors of that department during its intership.

There are no internship programs offered in the university. The only mandatory internship program comes in the 4th year and an entire semester is spent doin it but that too is part of the course and necessary to obtain the degree and is provided by the University itself.

There is a mandatory internship program in the 4th year for all agriculture students spanning over the whole year in which one sem is in the university itself and one in the university KVKs around the state. Apart from that, no internship opportunities are provided by the university to UG students. The stipend of the mandatory internship depends on the sale of products by the students themselves.

Farmer company, kullu is the company where I opted my internship. We got to know about making of different fruit juices, pickles, etc.. We studied and worked with the workers in production of good quality juices and pickles. The stipend was 4k/ month. The projects were to make juice and pickles and to sell them, also how to utilise the waste products like pulp from the fruits and other products. How to label and sell products, and to reuse them again and again

As per now I haven't seen anyone get placed because there is no one get placed. but University is working on it as per I know they're doing they will they will do something about it because when I was in bsc there is no placement cell
