Our course is very interesting it include different types of subjects and course we have started different things including food this specifications preparation equipments the designing preservation and technical improvement I choose this because I found this course very interesting and its demand will definitely grown future and honestly it is not very hard if you studied it regularly it is a very fast subject food items is very fast but it is very interesting at the same time faculty is well qualified most of the regions have done PHD and very few have done masters in food technology and food related subjects and they teaching method is quite empressive the interact with the student very well they help student whenever we need they really make this course easy for all the student

Faculties are okay okay , not interested to teach something to students and actually not every faculty is like this but most of the same . So , they are in government job which is secure so they don't want to put efforts

I always wanted to go in the field of processing departments and that's why I choose this course and as we know food is very important for everyone, I chose this. Most of the teachers here are PhD professors and some are in RND department also . Teaching is good . some professors like to teach us practically some theoretically . As it is a very versatile course professors from other colleges also teach us like from college of basic sciences for biotechnology microbiology etc and from agriculture department for crop based it's technology and business management also We have two type of exams in one semester. One is midterm another is end term . Difficulty level was moderate and if you are a medical student you will feel somewhat difficulty in mathematics

The course curriculum consists of many different subjects from different fields like agronomy, horticulture, forestry, engineering, economics, genetics etcetera and different students find different subjects easy or challenging. The faculty is good with knowledgeable people but at the end the students have to study on their own

Why this course- Opens a vast scope of opportunities after graduation with a good amount of money in most fields. As it is very unexplored field there are still huge scope in future. Curriculum The yearly system is followed. Syllabus followed based on VCI 2016 regulations. The academic part is the best of this college Can call it as one of the best veterinary Colleges for academics in India. Faculties Most of the teachers are PHDs in there respective subjects from colleges like IVRI and NDRI which are best colleges for PHD in entire India.Many holds single and double digit ranks in exams like JRF. Most of the teachers are of 30-40 age group making it easy for students to communicate with them for academics and even personal problems Teaching style varies But most teacher are well experienced and are able to deliver their knowledge to students. Every student gets an advisor which guids student fir future and also listen to personal problems of students in college.

The course is very diverse and we are taught many different subjects that help us learning many different aspects of agriculture like research, field work, machinery and other technical parts and also how we can make our innovations and development reach the farmers at the ground level The faculty is very knowledgeable and very well versed but most of them are not very good teachers and students have to study mostly on their own

The course curriculum is varied and diverse, and very useful in prospects. The course consists of subjects based on the practical implementation of agricultural practices ranging from agronomy, horticulture, forestry etc, to research-based development of the field including pathology, entomology, soil, bio pesticides etc to even technology-based courses like GIS, meteorology, food processing and engineering and also the transfer of new development in the field to the common people like extension, sociology, economics. Overall the course curriculum is good and provides an option to pursue different fields even after graduation The faculty, though knowledgeable, are mostly researchers and scientists and there is a lack of professors well versed in the art of teaching. Mostly one has to study by themselves but the courses are not very difficult

Course --> I liked agriculture from the very start but my family wants me to become doctor. So I applied for NEET but due to failure, I joined CSKHPKV Palampur college. I got my dream college but at the cost of my family's dream. Teaching method --> It is the same as other colleges. Teachers come, project the ppt in the lecture theatre, speak what is inside the PPT, and leave. This is not a very interesting method. I like it if teachers add a little spice to their teaching style. Some teachers do add some spice and I love their teaching style. Overall teaching is great for me here. Exams --> There are 3 exams in a semester i.e. mid-term, practical term, and term examination. Mid-term is quite difficult to crack but rest 2 are relatively easy to crack. Exams are conducted after 1-2 months of teaching. Scholarship --> There are various government-related scholarships in this university. Overall if you are a top student, you might be able to waive your semester fees through this scholarship programme.

The reason for choosing this course is that it has a great importance in private as well government sector . Availability of various exams and jobs makes it a good option for future prospects.. The exam started after one month i.e. hourly exams of all the major and minor courses with maximum number 10, then next month comes mid term , then after one and half month comes the final practicals and end term.. The faculty of this university are renowned professors and they have a vary vast knowledge of the topics they teach us as well as they promote us, motivate us ,creates a friendly environment for more comfortable understanding... Each student will get an advisor from the teaching professors, for their research work and thesis.. General non paid students scoring more than 75% in each semester gets scholarship Of around 2k or more / month. The fee for self financing students is quite high..
