Here the campus is full of greenary and the campus is very beautiful and people are also well active with eachother and mostly people won't hold grudges instead they hold good relations with everyone clubs are also very good and infrastructure is quite decent

As i said infrastructure is good so here isn't have big trouble . For boys 3 mega hostel and 5 hostel and for girl a massive size mega girls hostel with capacity of 999 student and 2-3 girls hostel for first year . Life at nitj is amazing , In a year 2 big events every year happen 1 is utkansh and another bharat dawani . Here a reading room and a main library which have approx 10000 books capacity There are various clubs like screw dancer , team culture affairs , zeal society , ladc and many more

The life at campus is great. The college has new infrastructure. New libraries and Lecture theatre were built for students. Many clubs like netra , TCA etc are there for students. Facilities like Gym and sports are also provided by the institute.

Utkansh is nitj' s cultural fest which is held every year . There are many other fest such as techniti(tech fest) , Bharat dhavani ( nitj's foundation day). All festival are celebrated with joy in nitj campus. Basic amenities are available in the campus. There are 2 libraries. One is old and other is newly constructed with computer system installed. The old has about 1 lakhs of books. Nitj have almost every sports facilities available, badminton have seperate indoor court and there are cricket, football ground. Vast varieties of clubs are also there.

Here many types of club is present music dance web development sports nss NCC etc . You can join any of them on the basis of your choice. And also you got alloted on the choice filling basis on club for first year.

Campus Life is OK. The campus is of 154 acres. The campus is big but not well structured. A Bit of randomness is there . The roadmap is without any planning. A large chunk of space is empty having grass and trees . Simple canteens are there to chill and talk . Library is good . A lot of books are there in the library . The process of getting books issued is also very smooth and fast. Classrooms of some department are built very good but of some department like civil,chemical, IPE, they are quite old. The level of sports is OK in the college . I am in the college's official cricket team and sometimes we don't get the equipments on time . We have to ask them a lot for our needs to be fulfilled. I am in 1st year and there are three hostels in first year BH1,2 and 5. I am in BH2. The food quality there is good. And the environment in hostel is also quite positive. There are a lot of clubs run by the students in different domains like, drama, dance , Bhangra , music etc.

The main Fests are UTKANSH and TECHNITI. UTKANSH is held in march . And Techniti is held in sept . Library is well equiped with journals and books . Sports are given a high importance and several tournaments are held throughout the year .

Life at campus is very good although college is situated in outskirts of Jalandhar . But all the basic necessities are available in the campus and the campus is lush green and really good. There are two fests conducted in the college every year . Techniti being the technical fest and the Utkansh is the cultural fest . Techniti is conducted in November and Utkansh is conducted in March . A new library is also recently opened in college and it contains all the basic books and journals every student will need . Sports and extracurricular activities are also good in the college and sports fest is also organised every year

The library is good now there is a separate building for a reading room and a new library section which allows you to carry a book for 2 weeks after that tenure is complete you can reissue it... There are more than 10 clubs that are actively working on the campus including the dance clubs which are SI and Criminalz, the music clubs which are octaves and Beparwah, the dramatics clubs which kalakaar and Baware, FineArts Societyy, ZealSocietyy, LADC ( literature and debating club), Bhangra Club, Sanskriti club, regional language club, Green Club et,c and Two major teams which conduct utkansh and technician are TCA (team cultural affairs) and TTA ( team technical affairs) respectively... The hostels are good and good quality of the mess is also good which have 3 times meals a day and 1-time snack in the evening...
