Life in IIT is too good due to its campus size and the culture it follows. However IIT Jammu being a third-generation IIT, does not have a culture like top iits but it can easily best most of the nits. Senior-junior mentorship is also good.

The campus life is amazing. Due to less people in college, everyone knows each other well. The clubs here are also very active and promote good participation. The mess is decent not very good but still better than most of the mess.

Campus life is amazing. There are plenty of facilities available to students. Wifi is available almost everywhere and in all the classes. There are many scenic destinations and adventure points near jammu so you will never be bored.

Social life here is very good , it is very exciting to share moments with the friends , the hostelmates , we all live like a family , enjoy together , study together. We also have DJ nights arranged in quite a few months , a movie night as well

Campus life again is pretty decent, being is jammu , it's beautiful at times , natural beauty is good but our campus lags in infrastructure, there is only one main ground that too is not so big , no swimming pool, now a new gymkhana is going to open in few months that has 4 badminton courts , we have 3 already , basketball court etc , we have 2 gyms as of now , and my personal experience they are very good compared to other colleges I visited like iit indore . We have a big fest Anhad in April or something and many other events happening frequently like pahal , convoquor sport fest etc. There are many clubs also like coding , robotics , cultural, social welfare , natak etc. Other sports like cricket, many field of athletics are also available.

This is IIT and obviously you are going to get the best campus life here with greenery, lots of cultural event, sports and obviously academics. One can play badminton, cricket and now new SAC(Students activities center) has started.

Life at campus is amazing because of its location all the tourist places,treks are nearby. Talking about clubs not all are very active, some of them but not all This is a 3G iit so it is in its building phase and all the buildings are new , hostels are amazing with all facilities

Fest:Anhad in the month of march. Library is not very big here and only course books are available. 2 Sports fest are also conducted here every year. Clubs: Coding club, badminton club,mesh club,cooking club, dramatics club etc.

We used to have two types of fest, social and cultural tests, but now they both are combined and only one fest is being conducted every year. Availability of books and journals in the library is poor but we can get ebooks. Amenities in classrooms are very good and comfortable. Lot of extra curricular activities are held every week and also we have the sports competition every year and also there is huge support from faculty in sports as well.

In 2023 I was a first-year student, so in the first semester we didn't have any fest but in the second year, we had both technical and cultural fest combined named ANHAD. But in the first semester, we had 2 Sports fests one with inter-branch and the other with inter-year. And the mess food quality was and is a little bit moderate. There are no PG-like arrangements here, Students have live in the hostels only for UG students.
