JSSSTU Mysuru Courses and Fees

JSSSTU's B.E. fees depend on the branch and whether it receives government aid. Aided branches have a lower fee than self-financed or higher-demand branches. The university also runs postgraduate courses in engineering, science, management and computer applications.

Among the M.Tech choices are Automotive Electronic Engineering, Bio-Medical Signal Processing, and Infrastructure Engineering and Construction. Data Science is available as a separate specialisation from CSE. JSSSTU Mysuru Admission Process

B.E. Eligibility and Seat Allocation

Applicants need at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at the 10+2 level. Karnataka domicile students can use KCET, with seats allotted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). COMEDK UGET accepts applicants from across India, and its consortium handles allotment. Management quota seats provide a direct admission route.

KCET seats follow Karnataka government reservation rules: 15% for SC, 3% for ST and 32% across OBC sub-categories. Students without Karnataka domicile are not eligible for KCET. Those holding a diploma can use Karnataka DCET to enter the second year of B.E.

Admission to M.Tech, MBA and MCA

These three postgraduate programmes divide their seats in a 50:50 ratio between Karnataka PGCET counselling and the college management quota. Applicants must hold a relevant graduation degree. Selection uses the PGCET rank or, for M.Tech, a GATE score.
