The good aspects about college is there faculty. Some are even the author of the books you are going to read in your curriculum. It's alumini network and the dedication of administration towards students. The only bad aspects about college is their hostels like poorly maintained ,not enough capacity to accommodate all students although mess is good and hygienic. The only thing to get here is to pass NEET exam and get a good rank to clear it's cutoff.which is very high nowadays Although it is quite easy for the students who have delhi quota .

Okay so i chose Maulana Azad medical college because it is one of the top medical colleges in India just after AIIMS DELHI. One of the most prestigious medical colleges in India. Secondly in order to get into the college i had to pass one competetive exam known as NEET exam. Maximum marks is 720. So the ones who scores the most in this exam gets the priority to choose the best colleges first. As there is only selected seats.
Read Full ReviewAfter completing our final year proofs, an internship starts wherein u serve at Lok Nayak, GB pant, guru nanak eye centre, and other associated hospitals with mamc. It won't be a new experience for u as u are provided preclinical exposure at MAMC from the 1st year itself ( 2nd year proper posting in various departments), interns in return get a monthly stipend which is almost constant in all Delhi medical government hospitals, 25k - 30k, the amount keeps on increasing with amendments
After 12 th boards, u need to apply for Neet since it is a prestigious college and is usually preferred all over Indian students after aiims delhi u need to bring a double-digit rank if u are a general (AIQ) But if u have done ur schooling for Delhi, u can get it under 900 rank (for general) Bcz seat distribution is 85 - DUQ and 15 - AIQ for other categories like sc, ST, OBC, army, and news seats are reserved so students from these categories can get it at a comparatively lower rank also.
Read Full ReviewIn a course like ours, we don't have placements, rather we have a 1-year long mandatory internship (4.5 years of study + 1-year internship). We have postings in all departments during that period, helping us understand our interests in further education, i.e. speciality (MD/MS) I'm in 3rd year currently and so yet to be a part of the internship.
To enter into MBBS, everyone has to qualify entrance exam called NEET-UG, According to all India ranks, we can select among all colleges of the country. I got a rank of 376, which helped me qualify for MAMC, with DU quota (schooling in Delhi / residents of Delhi). One who doesn't have this needs to get an AIR under 100 to qualify for MAMC (general category) MAMC is considered 2nd best college (after AIIMS Delhi) for UG courses, and that's the reason I opted for it. Overall our college is amazing, the only drawback is that the infrastructure is old, since it was built around 60+ years back.

Read Full ReviewThe academics of this college are one of the greatest among other colleges in India that’s why I chose this college. Faculties here have a very different way of teaching and have good knowledge about their fields.
I chose this college because of its great educational facilities and the curriculum provided by the college throughout the course. For admission, you need to qualify NEET-UG exam conducted by NTA with a good score. Cut off for the college in 2022 was 700 for the general category for all India quota students.
