IELTS for Canada PR is for the candidates who want to settle, work, study or apply for Candian citizenship. IELTS was the first test recognized by IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) and Immigration Quebec as proof of English language proficiency for immigration and citizenship purposes. Federal Skilled Trades Program
The Federal Skilled Trades program is for workers in a skilled trade who wants to become permanent resident of Canada. You should have 2 years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within the 5 years before you apply. If you get CLB 4 or lower, no points are awarded.
