Placements at iit Hyderabad are very good with highest package 93 lakhs and lowest package 6.5 lakhs per annum. Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester of fourth year. Internships are also on campus

Placements are good here for a 2nd gen IIT. Also the internships are progressing. This year nearly 300 out of 450ish students got internship and nearly 150 dtudents got placements on day 2. Howrver packages can be higher and we hope it will improve in the coming years.

There is separate cell for placements. This cell is runned by 3rd and4th year under graduates and is supervised by many professors in the institute. Overall, keen interest is taken for placements and are very good here.

talking about the placements in my field they are quiet good almost everyone get placed in electrical engineering and the placement percentage is almost 90 percent(higher studies students are not considered) some of the top companies are nvidia, texas instruments, Qualcomm, Google, Zomato,Optiever,DE shaw and many more

Placement and job opportunities are of course amazing being an IIT. It has one of the best placements across India. The last year the highest package offered from our campus was 1CR per year. The internship opportunities as well are immaculate with top internships having 54 lakhs for two months and similar ranges. Many companies come to IITH for placements, service sector companies as well as product sector companies come here, The percentage of students is pretty high every year with it being over 95% across all domains. students describe it as an overall positive experience for placements in IIT Hyderabad and look forward to it every year. There are many research opportunities also available in our campus with placements not being the sole criteria for students who graduate from here.

They are really great. Companies visiting have been increasing as the years pass. We have companies like gs,optiver,quadeye etc for quant roles. For software there are endless companies. Apple also has visited our campus. Google, Amazon are regular companies here. For AI roles, Amex, KLA, Thomson and many more visit our campus every year with a very good ppo of around 50-60 lpa. Eligibility criteria is mostly no active backlogs. Placement rate for AI is around 96%. For CS and related dept. It's around 80-90%. Avg. Package is 30lpa for top branches. I'll be pursuing master in the field of AI after getting my degree.

the eligibility criteria is different for each company in placement . Last year a lot of companies came to campus like oracle , American Express and they recruited around 10 people each . highest package was around 1.2 cr and average was around 24 lakhs . my plans after degree is to do masters in the field of management .
