The life of my college campus is so good and I am enjoying my college life with full of excitement and full of struggle . There are central library in college . There are many groups run by the students of the NIT Hamirpur.

NIT Hamirpur is one of the most beautiful college campus in whole of the country. There is a lot of greenery around the campus. very soothing environment here. The life at campus is very fun. You get to decide what you do with your time. There are lot of things to do in the campus( dance, music, sports and many more). Nit Hamirpur has 2 fests. One is cultural fest named as 'Hillfair' and other is a technical fest named as 'Nimbus'. In both fests there are different clubs who present themselves in different ways. Talking about the books and journals, you get everything in the library. Each type of books are assigned a specific place. In sports you have many sports( all outdoor and indoor sports). We have a separate building know as SAC(student activity centre). Here there are various activities happening like sports, dance, music, art and all other creative stuff. You have different clubs and societies eg. ISTE; this is a technical society which has various domains which students chose

Life at campus is very good. There are different places in our campus where people enjoy. One of the most beautiful place is Open Air Theatre where people sit and enjoy the view. And about fest we have Hillffair which happens in the month of October or November in the odd semester and other is Nimbus which is a technical fest ,which happens around March or April. Regarding availability of books and journals in the library almost all the books which are required available there. And in the classroom we have smart boards , projectors which are mostly used to teach. Regarding sports and extracurricular activities we have Cricket, Badminton, Kabaddi, table tennis, lawn tennis, volleyball and basketball. There are different clubs and societies which are run by students like in my department we have Team-Abraxas which is a departmental club and Physteo departmental society. There are other clubs and societies that every department have. Students can join club, society by giving interviews.

As I wish previously the campus is the best thing about the college is 200 acre campus with everyone and the most beautiful is the location of its surrounding by the snowing notations it is a serve throughout the year for the students to feel relaxed any time and feels it is a vacation for 4 years not just studying

The biggest fest named hillfair is conducted in the month of October preferably before diwali. Books are available except new and modern books In the first sem you are not allowed to freely be a part of any club or explore campus life that much. Biggest problem being ton of restrictions

Social life at campus is very much good. The seniors are very much helpful at each and every point. You can ask them any question, and they are ready with the answer. They will provide handwritten notes also which are quite helpful during exams.

Campus is build on high altitude but the view of this college is astounding, because this college is considered as the most beautiful nit in the entire country. Aslo the weather is preety much decent
