B.Tech Courses and Seats

B.Tech Eligibility
- Applicants need at least 75% in Class 12, with a minimum of 65% for SC/ST students. Physics and Mathematics must be compulsory subjects, along with one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or a Technical Vocational subject.
- Qualifying JEE Main is also necessary.
B.Tech Admission Process
Class 12 results and JEE Main scores are considered when preparing the category-wise merit lists. These lists show each applicant's All India Rank (AIR).
Students must register for online counselling on the official JoSAA website. Seat allocation takes place over counselling rounds according to the cutoffs for NIT Hamirpur.
B.Arch Admission
B.Arch applicants must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured at least 50%, or 55% for SC/ST applicants. The previous year's JEE Main closing ranks were 5219 in Round 1 and 5973 in Round 5.
B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree Admission

M.Tech Admission Process
Applicants with a valid GATE score must register on the CCMT portal. Seats are then assigned through the CCMT counselling rounds.
M.Sc Admission Process

MBA Admission Process
The Department of Management Studies (DOMS) runs the MBA programme. Admission uses scores from the national entrance examinations CAT, CMAT or MAT.
