No no it's an government college so there is no such thing like feast. But the library is good and apart from the central one every department has its own seminar library. Once in a year a Sports competition takes place . But ther is no social group or club apart from the union.

The campus is very small situated in the heart of Kolkata (Central Kolkata). The senior- juniors bonding is awesome. Unfortunately, no fests are arranged to this college but students are encouraged to participate in others college fest. There are two club i. Khowai for theatre ii. The Economic Society and few small groups are also active to some different art form. There are a huge library contain 1lakhs books and a beautiful reading room. Library contains many rare books. Most of the science department are fully ac enabled. I opted for hostel that is situated near 500m of the college. It is a government hostel so no fees are taken for hostel excluding the admission fees ?1320. The food is provided by the canteen of the hostel and is purchased by daily basis. The hostel is beautiful and has a capacity of near 500 students. Students are admitted to the hostel according to their home distance and hs marks .

The canteen provides a good quality of food in moderate price. The accessibility of books from Central library or department seminar libraries are easy. The gymnasium attached with the common rooms are actually awesome because it's having all kinds of equipments. Neet and clean and green campus.

Here comes the dull part. There is a grand fest in the college. Though Freshers and Farewells are organised each year by the respective departments which is quite fun. Besides, several seminars, annual sports, felicitations etc. are always on the go. MAC has one of the largest collections of books in its library. There are several cultural groups.

We hosted a Math Fest in online mode in 2021, besides that, we also organised Teachers Day and Farewell party. Our department has no libraries but there's a Central Library available on the 2nd floor of our college which consists of a bunch of books. Our department has 3 classrooms for 3 years of students and one staff room for professors.

The campus is tiny but enjoyable. The campus gets the title of world heritage side. Though it is small, every is in your step like a quiet library, canteen, gym etc. The college has a peaceful union run by students. The college has 2 hostels for boys and girls. But sadly it is for only muslim candidates.

Campus Life Is great.Fests are conducted namely Milan.Proper well functioning library.Hostels available for both boys and girls.Boys hostel is only for minority.Hostel Food will be 5/10.Hence most of them eat from outside.

Maulana Azad College have a central library and department library in each department with sufficient books to explore very types of books for the student the college have a hostel for the minority student and the food of our end in good.

The College encourages the Departments to organize seminars, conferences and Invited Lectures on relevant themes during each academic session. The Departments also collaborate with each other to conduct seminars on relevant themes, with the active participation and volunteering of the students. Special students’ seminars are also held by different Departments and also form a part of the continuous evaluation of the students’ progress and their orientation to research activities.
