Placement head of the college is an active man and quite hardworking as well i would say, the average package being provided is around 5LPA but yes opportunities are there, packages are not very handsome but placement rate is good. The mass recruiters with good appetites are hiring 30 40 students on an average (capgemini - 38 offers, Infosys -50 offers). Airtel, icici, hsbc,delloite , thoughtworks also hired.

The placement and job opportunity is totally based on the student capabilites as more than 100 companies visit the college and most of the company is mass recruiter and around 90% students get placed and if by any chance some students left to get placed they can try off campus to get there Job The eligibility of placement is that a student must have a cgpa of 8 or more The highest package is around 27 lakh and avg package is around 6 to 7 lakhs.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Pune has recorded good placements in the past few years . Some companies may keep their bar a bit higher than this , this matters from company to company. Almost 80 to 85% of students get placed every year with an average salary expectancy of 6 Lpa in most cases . I also plan to sit for placements and get a decent package offering.
