Review for zeal college of engineering and research

What I Liked

The college campus is so small. They have basketball court and playground. Faculties and campus fest is best.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is good but campus size is so small.

Placement Experience:

They have an average placement students get placed upto 15-17 lpa for tech branches and for non tech it can something upto 4-5 lpa. If a students can't get the placement then he can apply for off campus placement also.

Internships Opportunities:

I am in second year of my college so I didn't know much about internship. As per my information the college don't offer any internship by their side or on campus internship. Student have go for off campus intership but they provide training program and conduct expert sessions

Good Engineering College with decent placements.

What I Liked

The college has a supportive faculty who help students to solve doubts. The campus is well maintained, cleaned and greenery.
The college events are good and enjoyable. Good Training and Placement department.

What I didn’t like

Placement opportunities are limited compared to top engineering colleges.
There is a need for more industry exposure and practical learning.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility Criteria : Min 60% or 6 CGPA and no active backlogs. Some companies have high or no eligibility criteria. Companies visited include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, LTM, Yardi Software, Tech Mahindra , Hexaware etc., also some startups also visited. Highest package offer was 12LPA and average package was 4 LPA

Internships Opportunities:

College provided internship at IBase Technologies company. it was a java full stack internship, there was no stipend given. Projects include creating apps, dashboard systems, creating websites and doing deployment.

About Zeal college.

What I Liked

Faculty is very nice and friendly with students.
Infrastructure is very good and big in size.

What I didn’t like

The campus should maintain and clean day by day.
The Wi fi facilities available anywhere in college campus.

Placement Experience:

In zeal college of engineering placement rate is moderate. The eligibility criteria for placement is good score in academics . The Kuka and Fanuc visited recruiters. The highest package is above 7 LPA and avarage package is 3 LPA. The percentage of placement is above 70/75 .

Internships Opportunities:

I have intership done in parth automation. The roller offers to me is as a Robotics enginner. I have got offer letter of 3 LPA . Mainly this company is based on pic and place operation .for making this process more pricing and accurate.

College Review

What I Liked

Campus life is lovable, staff is polite and helpful
Infrastructure is good. Availability of equipments is more

What I didn’t like

Dislike is attendance criteria of specific department
They conduct lectures even during the sports days, or other days like Bollywood days

Placement Experience:

Placement drives are good at campus they visit every year with new targets and students of my college try to achieve it. They give good packages. My plan after getting the degree is to get some nice job at it company with required skills Highest average package is 8lpa for my department

Internships Opportunities:

Currently I'm doing a internship at core company They offered me the role of DTE in their company I am observing on shop floor What kind of work is done and how it is supposed to be done is being observed

All about zeal college

What I Liked

College infrastructure is great you will feel like you are in a big and rich place
The campus life in zeal is after lecture the football and basketball ground badminton court gym canteen and the fun of all that with friends
for starters it has bouncers on gate there are cameras all over if you roam in college at lec time the you are in a great trouble

What I didn’t like

In college infrastructure water cooler doesn't work sometime and canteen has to much of croud which is irritating because you have to wait to much just to give order
Campus life the lecture are most irritating because of some faculties they don't support you nor there lecture are understandable just the are in 7th heaven of pride and sometimes they even extend lecture for 2 hours
College has worst thing is time it starts at 7.30 to 3.15 which is to much of time it's has break in between but still and in morning the college gaurd ask for I'd like what who will enter here at this time in college uniform
College has uniform with its name imprinted in bold

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria are more than average to apply for a job here 80% in 10th 75% in 12th and there shall be no backlog no year down and your cgpa must be above 8 and the highest job you get is 10 lpa

Internships Opportunities:

There are some internship provided by college but they select students for that all students don't get the internship in college and students to do internship from outside campus personally i prefer non college internship

College experience

What I Liked

I like some of the things of my college like campus life, environment, sports ground.
As I have already said our college is having two canteens and many labs so I like that.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure because many of the things should renew.
Faculty as some of the time I see that they don't help us.

Placement Experience:

Last year around 30 percent student got placement in our college and the average package was 4-5 lpa and as per my knowledge our college's highest package was 12.5 lpa.many of the companies comes to our college like tata, Mahindra etc

Internships Opportunities:

No, still know I haven't opted for any internship but might be after completing first semester I will get internship from college,As my senior told me about that they also got internship after first semester.

What I Liked

College canteen is large and have ample of sitting area
College haveany sports activities in the subject liberal learning

What I didn’t like

The timing of college is very lengthy and time consuming
Faculty of college is not than engaging we get bored

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placement is Highest package of the zeal college is 1700000 per anum and average is 400000 per anum I don't know the percentage of placements My plan after getting a degree is to get a good job and get permanent over there

Internships Opportunities:

I don't know if there are any internship from my college but there are placements in companies like CAPGEMINI , INFOSYS, PERSISTENT etc which may provide internship for the zeal college I have not opted for the internship as I am at my first year

Zeal Polytechnic - A Fresher's Critique

What I Liked

The college campus is large and green which offers a vibrant environment for the students.
The college has well equipped classrooms with majority of facilities available to ensure flawless education. The faculty is knowledgeable and encouraging.

What I didn’t like

The time schedule is exhausting. They should think about changing it.
Traffic in campus after the college gets over is a bit troubling.

Placement Experience:

The college offers robust placement opportunities through its centralized placement cell. It partners with prominent recruiters such as Infosys, TCS,Capgemini, Amazon,IBM and HDFC Bank. Highest package reported in recent years is 28 LPA. The college also provides mock interviews, aptitude tests and overall training for employment.

Internships Opportunities:

Zeal provides several opportunities through its Training and placement cell. This helps students in building practical skills and experience. Companies like Amazon, Sumago Infotech, Meenergy,Provitech offer internship opportunities with college.

What I Liked

The campus of the college is very huge and a big group for football and cricket is available.
The faculty is very supportive and helpful

The starting time of the college is 7.30 am which is hated by many.
Some times faculty get angry over small things

As the second sem of 3rd year get started the college is looking for various companies for students for internship program. The faculty is helping students to find the best intenship opportunity.They are very kind

Not yet in the next semister I will get opportunity to be the part of this college internship program. Many dreams are their which might came true hope the best company to be allotted for interview and I will get selected for it.

Zeal College of engineering Pros and Cons

What I Liked

The infrastructure is really good. College has everything for a student . Along with many parking places for day scholars and teachers. The campus life is good since college hosts many festivals. The college faculty is extremely qualified for teaching and also very helpful and maintain good attitude towards students. The college provides bus services for students who live far from college which is really good for students who live far from college.
The college has massive campus with many hangout spots for students to bunk classes and sit and enjoy with friends 😜 . Also there is a really good cafe inside the college which serves really good coffee and tea .

What I didn’t like

The college is situated inside a very populated town which leads to many traffic problems for students to reach college on time . The roads are also not good in monsoon season the roads are filled with dirty water .
One thing I dislike the most about the college is it is very strict. The college should be less strict towards students. The college takes serious action towards students who do not fit . Also the students have to wait 5-6 hrs in order to fill exam forms and the accounts faculty is very rude towards students.

Internships Opportunities:

The college provides students with internship after 5th semester for students to get hands on experience of real industry and job . The students are required to do a 1 month mandatory internship after 5 th semester. This is helpful for their placement activities.
