Internship opportunities start from 2nd year and placements will be starting from 7 semester own words so I hope everyone will get interge opportunities even in Google Microsoft and I will be a 6 month internship and two months intensive and sometimes they will also get a placement offer from the company the work for 6 months and it will be a permanent job so this year one of us student of PSG I take gone through Google and one through Microsoft and also want through Amazon there are so many opportunities and also does teachers will guiders through every other opportunities the main thing is now 50 out of 64 students are placed in the current year

The placement cell is a active working part of the institution.There are additional classes and trainings for your placements .Top companies reaches here to recruit students ,certain skills are required to developed and u get placed. Mostly every student's gets placed expect the ones selecting higher studies and enterpreneurship . The package is also very good .you start receiving companies at the 3rd year itself. The salary packages ranges 4.5lakh to 40 lakhs(highest)

The course is very good ,very easy to learn and scoring in exam is very easy. The staffs support a lot they provide a friendly environment among students. Tutors and facilities constantly ensures the Student Life.

Google is also recruiting us. One senior is selected for Google. There is SAP lab and CISCO lab which will be also recruiting us and there are many students who get internship there. Placements are good

Minimum 7.5 cgpa It's better to have blank history rather than back logs Maximum for Mechanical engineering, the ctc was around 15 to 18 lpa offered by Caterpillar We have 100 percent placements From 1st year itself, students will be having placement training classes so they can prepare well My plans after degree , is do MS or M.tech and I am interested in research and development of materials so i will focusing on that

The placements are good. Many companies come for placements to our college. The cgpa must be maintained above 7.5 or atleast above 8 to attend all the companies. Ashok Leyland, Caterpillar, McDermott, JP Morgan, TVS etc are a few companies that visited our college. The highest package for mechanical is 13LPA which is pretty much a good package for a mechanical core company. Around 80% of the class gets placed. Remaining go for highers, or business field or prepare for competitive exams or may have arrears. My plan is to sit for placements.

I'm a civil engineer who completed my UG in psg Institute of Technology and applied research it's a good college for placements and courses there more staff are too intelligent it's a good college for our feature

Management quota student should pay a donation of rupees 25000 And an additional 1 lakh every year Hostel and bus facilities are also provided We have 2 internals before each semester And difficulty level of the internals are moderate And often class tests are kept

Placements are better than most colleges throughout TN. We have recruiters like NVIDIA, NXP, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Samsung R&D, ARM, Bosch and other recruiters for Core electronics. Intuit, Arcesium, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Paytm, Morgan Stanley and other recruiters for software jobs as well. These are high end companies and recruite around 1-5 people give or take, per year. But placements maybe affected by Economic conditions as well, like Recession and Market Drop. Highest package in our dept. as of now is 36LPA. This year it's around 24LPA from Qualcomm. Total highest is 40LPA in Intuit. You can also opt for Higher Studies if you're not interested in placements. Gate Coaching is arranged in addition to Placement coaching. Our college has excellent placement coaching for software based roles.

PSG is well known for campus placement and the placement starts from the end of pre final year. TCS, CTS, HCL. MindTree, Wipro, L&T and much more companies are in que and they offer the salary of max 10,00000 per annum.
