I did my btech in electronics and to be honest I wanted to switch into Artificial Intelligence branch hence decided to join this course. Plus this college is in my hometown soo it's easy to commute daily about academics I feel students have to do major of the things by their own , no spoon feeding will be provided for placements either. You can't compare the placements of their BTech course with mtech course. Companies won't come frequently hardly 10 companies overall will come for AI role. That too if your batch is lucky.

Course curriculum is very much similar to top colleges like IITs. Faculty is well educated . Almost all faculty members have a PhD degree from top colleges. Many of them also have post doc qualification. Some courses are not well defined according to the industry needs. They are very much outdated. Also some faculty members are less experienced and many teach by old traditional teaching techniques. Exams are held as mid semester exams of 30 marks and end semester exams of 50 marks, regular quizzes are held which comprises of 10 marks and 10 marks are of internal evaluation.

Here the courses and faculty curriculum is quite decent but not that much as we expect also we need to understand mostly ourselves well here there will be no spoon feeding as we get in school we need to manage our academic year by ourselves every year

The B. tech in electrical engineering is a four year program designed to equip student with a detail understanding of electrical system , circuits and technologies . We are trained for both national and international industry and research establishment Faculties is highly qualified holding degrees from prestigious college like my digital electronics teacher dr . mahesh kumar had completed his phd from iit kanpur . A official calendar is published by college every year on nitj official website according to which exam are taken

Course curriculum is very well maintained. Academic syllabus is very good compared to many Of the IITs. Faculty is also good . Some faculty members are very supportive and some have attitude and rude. But overall branch and college is good.

The course curriculum is relevant to the branch and is up to date with the technology now a days. I had keen interest in ECE and with growing Micro chip market this course can help me get future ready and land me a nice package.

I like IT and CSE branch because of better placement opportunities and having better growth environment in this era of growing technology. Teachers are good but most of them are old profs and they are not updated about current technology so overall they teach nice but they teach you more about old stuff

I want to choose this course because I want to go in oil industry. Qualification of faculty is PhD and review of teaching method is good. Mid term exam will be conducted after 3 months and end term exam will be conducted after every 6 months

Now college follows NEP so curriculum is like that I personally liked it because it removed many subjects which are unuseful for our branch or same for other branches.faculties are also very supportive

In national institute of technology Jalandhar faculties are highly recommend and their teaching is also good but end of the day students have to prepare for their own There are 2 exams per semester Midsem and end sem
