Campus of this nit is beautiful except its entering gate. There are many clubs in the nit like coding club, machine learning club, NCC, NSS etc. Tecnoesis and Incandescense are it's two fest which is conducted in October and February respectively. Sports facility of this college is very good. There is a Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Badminton Court, Table Tennis Court, Volleyball Court is available.

There are two fest in a year. One is Tecnoesis, the technical fest held around November every year, the other fest is Incandescence the cultural fest held around february every year. Our library is Asia's Largest Digital Library. There are lots of clubs in our campus, including drama club, music club, dance club etc.

Life is at campus Is so good .. it's a very huge campus..of 635 acre which have many departments of engineering like 6 departments .. and campus if full of greenery . There are 10 boys hostel and 4 girl hostel In the campus.

Every year NITS organizes cultural fest (incandescence) and technical fest (tecnoesis). Also other flagship events are organized throughout the year. There are dozens of clubs and societies that offers plenty of experiences.

Life at college is best ,you will get best time of your life in these 4 years . There are lot of clubs and societies Which is run by Gymkhana or student unions Where you can showcase your talent and learn a lot of new stuff. There is Asia's biggest digital library, don't go for words but yeah there is a huge library. There are two big ground for circket and football,and court for badminton, basketball, volleyball,table tennis,lot of other sports too.

life at campus is really good with the air wuality index always holding at exellent and the beautiful campus with huge sports grounds . the cultural fest incandescens is conducted once a year with some known singers performing in it and technical fest technoesis that hold up some tech stuffs like robowar and robo races.

Campus life is best. Since it is a national college so from all part of India people came and you get a chance to learn and know their culture also nits have a huge campus of 625 acr and good infrastructure. It has more than 30 clubs and societies that help in overall development of skills.

There are a total of 4 grand fests held. The biggest cultural fest is Incandescence which is held in February. Two regional fests are held during March/April. One represents the Assamese culture of Assam which is Posua and the other is for the local Bengali people of Silchar Oikyotaan. Then last but not least we have the biggest technical fest Tecnoesis which is held in October. There are almost 97000 books and journals in the library. We have various clubs of NITS like machine learning, photography, dance, drama, singing, startup and so on which nurture the students to be their best version. The hostel food is good which includes four time meals breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

The life at campus is wonderful.There are many things to explore.There are different clubs which focuses on sports, coding, dance, music and social activities.Two types grand fest happens in the college first is cultural fest Incandescence in February, second is Technosis in November.There is one Think India organisation which works on social activities in college and connects with other colleges.The hostel is bad ,it is not eatable but we have to eat .The accomodation is free ,only we have to pay for mess fees which is 21500 and it's affordable.
