I appeared for the JEE Main exam in 2023 and as per my rank I was offered IIITDM Kurnool in JoSAA and CSAB. As per my rank, this was the best Institute I could get. The fact it is the youngest Centally funded IIIT, was one thing that caught my interest. No GDs and interviews are conducted at the time of admission. Only JEE Main rank is the mode of admission.

The only way to get into the institute for pursuing Bachelors of technology is by qualifying the JEE examination. The only way to enter this college for pursuing B-Tech is by qualifying the jee mains. There must be rank less than 1,50,000 CRL to get into the college. The college campus is around 150 acres. There aren't any direct interviews or exams conducted the the college, since the institute falls under the CFTI's in India . and also the IIITDM kurnool is an institute of national importance.

One good aspect is you will get 200 acre of campus along with hillstations. Bad aspect is language problem If you are from North of India you will face language problem. Admission can be taken through jee mains rank. You have to be enrolled in jossa and csab counseling to get admission in this institute

Main factors were the college is a central funded university and has decent placements, I got a seat here via my jee mains rank, I got around 96 percentile, The admission process is simple and smooth, The administration department takes good care during the entire process. The good aspects of the college are good competitive peers and nice cool breezes for long walks, the faculty are good , the surroundings are clean. There are a few bad aspects too, a lot of walking needs to be done to reach the labs.

This is a new college and was established recently. Yet the growing pace of this college is very high. It has been performing consistently good over the years and development is high. Hence the hope that it will do good in die course of time is what made me choose this college.

I chose this college because in comparison with other iiits , this one was quite affordable and the circulum seemed fine. But later i realised that the curriculum is very outdated and there is alot of hectic work you have to do in the first year
