IIT JAM 2024 Application Form was released on the official website on September 3, 2024, by IIT Madras. IIT JAM Application Last Date is October 11, 2024.

Candidates who are willing to appear for JAM 2024 Exam must register their names through the official website at jam.iitm.ac.in. Candidates who have already registered their names can directly login to the JAM 2024 application portal by entering their e-mail ID, enrollment ID, mobile number, registration number, and password (case sensitive). Candidates can register their names by entering the required details, such as the name of the candidate, e-mail address, mobile number, and password, on the JAM registration portal at joaps.iitm.ac.in/register.html. 

IIT JAM Application Fee for 1 Test if Rs. 900 for Female (All Categories)/ SC/ ST/ PwD candidates and Rs.1800 for all other candidates. If candidates want to appear for 2 Tests, they need to pay Rs.1250 and Rs.2500, respectively.

JAM 2024 Exam Date is February 2, 2025. It is conducted for admission to programs such as M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech), M.S. Research, and M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degrees in various institutes. 

JAM 2024 will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode for seven test papers at the undergraduate level. In around 100 cities in India.

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2024?

Candidates can use the following steps for the IIT JAM 2024 application process:

• Candidates can navigate to the official IIT JAM website by going to jam.iitm.ac.in.
• On the JOAPS portal homepage, click on the "JOAPS" link.
• Find and click on the option labeled "Apply for JAM 2024."
• First candidates must complete the registration for JAM 2024.
• Upon successful registration, candidates will receive an enrollment ID and a password.
• To access their account, candidates are required to input their IIT JAM 2024 enrollment ID, and password, and complete a captcha code.
• After logging in, aspirants should select "Edit Application Form" to provide the following necessary details.
• Complete the application form with all the required information.
