Every department has a fest of its on, every society has a fest of its own and the college has an annual fest of it own. The fest period starts from February and commences in March or April. Tempest is the Annual fest of Miranda House. Coming on to the infrastructure of our college, I think it's amongst the best in Delhi University. It's PwBD friendly. Library and it's resources are highly accessible. Sports equipments from the department are accessible too at all the times. The campus is hub to all sorts of extracurricular activities ranging from dance, music, aerobics, theater to ncc, sports, debates, nukkad natak etc. There are so many societies for each cause and for each person. Naming a few- Vatavaran, Enactus, Debsoc, The English Literary Society, The Placement Cell, The Legal Aid Center and many more

Read Full ReviewI opted for a hostel seat but I couldn't get one since there are only around 6 seats in my course and for other courses only, there are very less seats, otherwise, the hostel is nice with affordable fees well-maintained rooms, and timely food. I stayed in a PG in Hudson lane, there are several PGs around the college in Hudson Lane, Gtb nagar, Mukherjee Nagar, and Kamla Nagar area, As we go a bit away from colleges, PG prices start decreasing. Try to look for a PG slightly away from college but at walking distance.
Campus life is amazing. Fest is organized once every year around April. Fest lasts for 2 days with several mesmerizing performances, celebrity shows, stalls selling funky goods, also many food stalls. The library contains almost all the books and journals of national and international authors that you will need. Classrooms are well established, with good ventilation, big, spacious, and airy with both greenboards and digital projectors. On campus, there is a room from where you can get sports goods, play sports, and then return there. There are several societies in college for dance, music, drama, debate, placement cell, arts and crafts, NSS, NCC, and various other social work societies.
Read Full ReviewThe college campus is very beautiful but is quite old. There have been additional new buildings for the science labs and all, they have workable ACs. The old rooms will eat you up in the summer but living in Delhi you will be tolerant to heat either way. The North campus around MH is a great hub to meet like-minded people- the tapirs, the cafes
Read Full ReviewNorth campus is a dream for a du student, whereas specifically talking about Miranda house campus is huge. Miranda House College has many gardens and a big sports ground. More than 50 clubs and societies where a student can be a part of and explore more rather than studies according to their hobbies. Miranda has 3 small canteens and a big canteen where in 3 smaller one snacks and all are provided where in big canteen girls used to have their proper meal in a very affordable price with a delicious taste. The Library of Miranda is on three floors and every possible book is available there. Every society or clubs have its own Instagram account where students can connect themselves and resolve their particular queries. The hostel is very big and affordable but for the registration process, they see the marks and the distance of the homes from the college as localities are not allowed to participate in the hostel Regis process.
