CBSE Class 12 compartment result 2027 is not out. The main and supplementary examinations for the 2027 cycle have not been completed. The result link will be available after CBSE declares the supplementary result.

The 2026 supplementary result is the latest one available. It was declared on 12 August 2026. Students can use the DigiLocker Results Portal to check the result and download their digital records.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result 2027

CBSE has not announced the Class 12 compartment result date for 2027. The result is released after the supplementary examination, so a fixed date is not available at this stage. The completed 2026 cycle gives the latest timeline: the supplementary examination was held on 28 July and the result was declared on 12 August.

The terms supplementary result and compartment result are often used for the same result search. CBSE calls it the Class XII Supplementary Examination Result. The result also covers improvement candidates and some students who had six subjects, not only students in the compartment category.

CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2026

The result covered three groups of students. This matters because the total number who appeared cannot be treated as the number of compartment candidates alone.

How to Check CBSE Class 12 Compartment Result

1. Open the DigiLocker Results Portal.
2. Choose the CBSE Class XII supplementary result for the correct year.
3. Enter the student details asked on the result page.
4. Open the result and download the digital record.

School-wise results are also sent to schools at their registered email addresses. If the online result and school record do not match, the school or the relevant CBSE regional office can check the case.

CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result Statistics 2026

A total of 2,91,576 students registered for the 2026 supplementary examination and 2,75,287 appeared. The appeared total included 1,11,056 improvement candidates and 1,64,231 compartment candidates. These two groups add up to the full appeared count.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Marksheet

Regular students receive their printed marksheet-cum-passing certificate through their schools. Students of CBSE-affiliated schools outside India can also access their digital records through DigiLocker.

Private candidates receive digital records through DigiLocker, while printed documents are sent to their registered address. Private candidates under the Delhi East and Delhi West regional offices may collect the printed documents from the examination centre where they appeared.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Re-evaluation

CBSE opened post-result services for the 2026 supplementary examination in two stages. Students first had to obtain the scanned answer book. After receiving it, they could apply for marks verification, re-evaluation or both.

Re-evaluation is available only for theory answers and is done for the full question. The final marks can increase or decrease. Even a decrease of one mark is applied. If the marks change, the old marksheet-cum-certificate must be returned before a new one is issued.

The 2027 dates and fees may be different. They will be known only after the 2027 result and post-result notice. Students who need to appear again can use the Class 12 application process page for the current private-candidate rules.
