JEE Main 2026 IIITs Cut-off: Check Category Wise Cut-off, Opening and Closing Ranks

What's New?
The IIITs cut-off is the minimum score to get admission into the 26 IIITs throughout India. The JEE Main result for B.E/ B.tech Paper Session 1 has been released by NTA on 11th February, 2026.
Based on the previous year trends and answer key analysis, the expected cut-off for General category students is estimated to be 100 marks, resulting in a 90 percentile with a rank of 100000 to 150000. For other categories, the expected cut-offs are as follows: 75+ for EWS, 73+ for OBC, 51+ for SC, and 37+ for ST category.
The official Cut-off is released after each round of counselling and it will be updated on this page as soon as it is released by JoSAA.

The expected IIIT Cut-off for 2026 has been calculated based on the previous year's analysis to help you get an idea of the IIITs that you can aim for. What is the minimum score to get into an IIIT?
The minimum score to get an IIIT depends on the course and IIIT you are choosing. For top IIITs like IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Allahabad, and IIIT Bangalore, a percentile of 98+ is required for CSE. While 95-97 is sufficient for branches like ECE and IT.
