What's New in JEE Main Exam Centers 2026?
For the 2026 JEE Main Exam Centre, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has updated the list of exam centers in India and overseas. This makes it easier for students across the country to take the test. Applicants can pick their preferred location when they apply. JEE MAIN exam will take place in 323 cities in India and 16 cities internationally.
For the 2026 exam, there are 323 cities in India and 15 abroad where you can take the test. This is an increase from the 299 cities last year and includes 33 new locations.

How to Check JEE Main Exam Centre 2026?
You can check your JEE Main test centre through the following:
- JEE Main City Intimation Slip 2026: It will be released in early January. You can login to the candidate portal on JEE Main Official Website and find the test city of your examination.
- JEE Main Admit Card 2026: Admit Card will be released before 3-5 days of the JEE MAIN 2026 Exam and will be available on the Official Website for JEE Main 2026. It will consist of the date, time, city and exact test venue.
How to Choose JEE Main Exam Centres?
JEE Main 2026 aspirants needed to visit the official website of JEE Main to register themselves for the exam.
- Applicants need to select four exam centres in order of preference from the list of JEE Main exam centres available on JEE Main 2026 Application form.
- JEE Main 2026 exam centres will be allotted by NTA on the basis of candidate preference.
- NTA will allot the last slot of the last exam date in the same city, in case a centre has less than 30 students.
