VITEEE Chapter-wise Weightage 2027: Subject Questions, Marks and Time

VITEEE 2027 has official section-wise weightage, but no fixed chapter-wise percentage. Mathematics or Biology carries 40% of the questions, Physics and Chemistry carry 25% each, and English with Aptitude carries 10% together.
The current syllabus PDFs show every unit that can be tested. They do not promise a set number of questions from one chapter.

VIT has published the number of questions in each section. Because every correct answer carries four marks, the question share and maximum-mark share are the same.

Is Chapter-wise Weightage Released?
VIT has not fixed a question number or percentage for each chapter. The official PDFs show the complete syllabus, but they do not say that a named Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology unit will always have a set number of questions.
A past-paper count can describe the papers used in that count. It cannot guarantee the next paper. Exact chapter percentages without named papers and a clear counting method should not be treated as official VIT weightage.

The average is only a calculation. A direct question may take less time and a numerical question may take more, but the complete section must fit its fixed timer.
What Each Subject Covers
The official 2027 syllabus has 14 Physics units, six broad Chemistry units, 10 Mathematics units and 10 Biology units. English and Aptitude have one combined PDF with reading, grammar, pronunciation, data and reasoning topics.

How to Use Weightage Without Guessing
The section count helps divide mock-test time and review. It should not be used to leave a full chapter unread, because VIT has not announced a fixed chapter distribution.
Subject-wise accuracy is more useful than an unsupported chapter prediction. Keep separate records for correct, wrong and unanswered questions in the 40-question, 25-question and 10-question sections.
