Ans. No, securing a core Computer Science & Engineering seat in VIT with just 30,000 rank is unlikely. However, students have a high chance of getting CSE with other specialisations, such as Artificial Intelligence or Data Science, or core CSE at VIT Andhra Pradesh or VIT Bhopal campuses, which is likely in the higher fee category.
Ques. What is a safe score for VITEEE 2026?
Ans. A safe score for VITEEE 2026 for the top branches such as CSE or ECE at the Vellore campus is 400 to 450+ out of 500. For CSE at VIT Chennai, the safe score shall be 350 to 400+, while the safe score for VIT Chennai or top branches at VIT AP/ Bhopal campuses shall be 300+.
