Ans. VITEEE 2026 will be conducted across 130 cities in India. These cities are located in 32 states and union territories. The number of cities for VITEEE 2026 is increased from 120 cities in 2025. Tamil Nadu tops the chart with the highest number of test cities at 17. Other cities like Delhi, Goa, and Himachal Pradesh have only one test city.
Ques. Can I change the exam center for VITEEE 2026 after submitting the application form?
Ans. No. Once you have submitted the application form with the test city of your choice, you cannot make any changes. VIT has been very categorical about the fact that the exam center is final once you have submitted the form. VIT might allot the test center at the nearest available city on its own, but you cannot do anything.
Ques. How early should I arrive at the VITEEE 2026 exam center?
Ans. According to VIT, all candidates are expected to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the exam. If a candidate arrives at the exam center even after the start of the exam, he or she will not be allowed to enter. Additionally, arriving at the exam center early enough also allows enough time to get the biometric registration done.
