- You can use your VITEEE application number, email ID and password to check your VITEEE result 2026.
- VITEEE result mentions your personal details, application number, subject, VITEEE rank, and qualifying status.
- You can use your VITEEE 2026 result for 2026-27 admission cycle only.
- VITEEE counselling has also started, and the last date for Phase 1 fee payment is 11:00 May, 5:00 PM.
- VITEEE counselling Phase 1 choice filling will be open from 12 May 2026, 10 AM to 13 May 2026, 5:00 PM.

What is VITEEE?
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted annually for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes at VIT Institutions.

VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2026
VIT Vellore has officially released the eligibility criteria for candidates applying to VITEEE 2026. You must fulfil the eligibility criteria as listed below to appear for VITEEE 2026.
Nationality
- A VITEEE applicant should be a resident/non-resident Indian National.
- NRI Category can apply under ‘NRI category’ through the NRI application form.
- Foreign nationals can apply directly through the International Application Form.
Age Limit
- Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2004 are eligible to apply for VITEEE-2026.
- The date of birth mentioned in the Class 10 certificate will be considered authentic.
Academic Qualification for VITEEE-
- General Eligibility- Candidates should have completed class 12, or those who are appearing in Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Eligibility Criteria for PCM Candidates: Candidates should have scored 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude (MPCEA) in VITEEE 2026 and not less than 50 % marks in Mathematics in 10+ 2 are eligible for all BTech programmes.
- Eligibility Criteria for PCB Candidates: Candidates should have scored 60% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude (BPCEA) in VITEEE 2026 and not less than 50 % marks in Biology in 10+ 2 are eligible for the following BTech programmes only-
- Biotechnology
- Bioinformatics
- Health Science and Technology
- Bioengineering
- Health Informatics
- CSE (Education Technology)
VITEEE Registration 2026
You can follow the step-by-step registration process for VITEEE as described below:
- Step 1: Candidates need to register themselves by filling out the following credentials, which include name of the applicant, date of birth, gender, state of residence, email address and their own mobile number.
- Step 2: A password will be sent to their registered mobile number once the OTP is validated.
- Step 3: Candidates need to log in using their registered email address and password.
- Step 4: Candidates need to complete the application form with the correct details to obtain their application number.
- Step 5: Students applying for VITEEE 2026 need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1350 via NET Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Paytm.
- Step 6: Candidates need to upload the photograph and signature in JPEG format.
- Step 7: Candidates need to download the filled-in application form for reference and future use.
Note: Candidates need to fill out the application form very carefully, as per VITEEE, no changes will be made in the later stage.

VITEEE Slot Booking and Admit Card 2026
Candidates should fill out the slot booking after submitting their application form within the stipulated time. They need to follow specific steps to book a slot and download the admit card. The details are described below:
- Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official VITEEE website.
- Step 2: Click on the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) link available for 2026.
- Step 3: Log in using your registered email address and password.
- Step 4: Candidates need to choose the test city( as chosen in the application form), date and slot.
- Step 5: The confirmation email will be sent automatically to the candidate's email address after they complete the OTBS process.
- Step 6: The VITEEE e-Admit Card will also be generated and can be downloaded 48 hours before the scheduled exam.

VITEEE exam pattern is based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). It is conducted in CBT mode.
- The total duration of VITEEE is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Syllabus Completion-
- No in-depth knowledge is required, as it is MCQ-based, so candidates need to prepare based on solving skills
- The Class 12 syllabus should be revised as it is important for VITEEE.
- The Class 11 syllabus should be covered on a note basis.
