NEET Counselling Registration 2026- Eligibility Criteria

Before registering for the NEET counselling process, students must register on the respective counselling websites. You can check the eligibility criteria for AIQ and state quota counselling below.

  • Students must be at least 17 years of age as on 31 December 2026.
  • Students must have completed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
  • Students must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in class 12th qualifying examination.
  • Students must have secured marks above the minimum qualifying cutoff for NEET 2026.

NEET Counselling Registration- Step by Step Process

Visit the official portal mcc.nic.in for AIQ and select the 'New Registration' tab to complete the process.

  • Visit Portal- The very first step is NEET 2026 registration. You must register for the NEET 2026 counselling process at mcc.nic.in.
  • Registration- Fill out the roll number, the registration number, your parents' details, and date of birth.
  • Login- Enter your credentials and login to fill your personal information and contact details.
  • Fee payment- The next step is to pay the online fee. Fees are different for all. You can register online and pay the fee via credit or debit card.
  • Choice filling- This step is crucial, and make sure to be careful. There will be a list of choices. Choose your college and courses according to your preference and rank them in order of your choice.
  • Save and print - Print and save the registration slip and choice slip for further rounds.
  • NEET 2026 seat allotment- You have to login and download the seat allotment after it has been released. You can also opt to exit after Round 1 to go further on.
  • College Reporting- The last step for NEET 2026 counselling is physical reporting to the college. Reporting to the college and joining are not mandatory during Round1. Seat allocation and then reporting are needed in Round 2. During reporting, you must carry all the needful documents.
