July 09, 2025: KEA has reopened the Karnataka NEET Counselling 2025 registration window until July 10, 2025. Candidates can apply at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ugneet2025. Check Notice Here.
The Karnataka UGNEET counselling 2025 registration process has been reopened for the candidates who did not apply for the counselling during the UGCET 2025. The KEA NEET 2025 application forms for the UGNEET counselling are available from July 7, 2025 (8:00 PM) till July 10, 2025 (11:00 AM).
The KEA UGCET 2025 registration window was open from January 23 to February 18, 2025, on the official website — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ugcet2025. Following the NEET 2025 result declaration on June 14, Karnataka NEET UG counselling has commenced. Registration for UGCET 2025 was mandatory to participate in the KEA NEET UG counselling. However, candidates who appeared for the NEET UG exam on May 4, 2025, but did not register for UGCET 2025, still have the opportunity to participate by completing their registration by July 10, 2025.

The Karnataka NEET Counselling process involves the below-mentioned steps:
Candidates who applied for the Karnataka NEET counselling process would be called for document verification at a specific verification center based on rank, date, and time. Such candidates have to carry the following documents in original and self-attested copies:
During document verification, officials will check the original documents and will keep the self-attested copies for record purposes. An acknowledgment slip will be provided which is to be kept safely for future use.
During the Karnataka NEET Counselling process, each candidate will be given a secret key along with an acknowledgment slip. This key will be used for making choices on the "Option-entry portal" and is to be kept secret. There is no limit to the number of choices a candidate makes during the counselling process.
The conducting authority will publish the seat allotment result separately for each round for the candidates who have registered themselves for the counselling process. KEA offers the following types of seats- G-Government Seats, P-Private Seats, N-NRI Seats, and Q-Other Seats.
Option 1: Candidates who are satisfied with their seat allocation are not required to participate in subsequent rounds of Counselling.
Option 2: If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, but still wishes to participate in subsequent rounds he/she must give up the assigned seat.
Option 3: If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she must give up the assigned seat and may participate in subsequent rounds.
Option 4: If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat and does not want to participate in the next round of seat allotment, he/ she can decline the seats.
