National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG is a national level exam for admission to top medical colleges across the country. - An OTP will be generated and sent to your mobile number

If you forget your NEET login password, do the following:
- Go to NTA NEET login page on the official website
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’
- You will be given two options to retrieve your password – via email or security question
- Click on the one you prefer by entering your NEET 2025 application number and email/security question
NEET Login for Form Correction 2025
During NEET form filling, there are instances where candidates make mistakes owing to nervousness, first time exposure to forms, etc. NTA provides the facility to rectify these mistakes through NEET form correction window opened after registrations close. All you need is:
- Go to NTA NEET 2025 official website
- Click on NEET candidate login link
- Login to go to your dashboard
- Make the relevant changes/edits you want to make such as exam city, category, etc.
- Click on preview. All the changes will be highlighted in red.
- Then, ‘final submit’. A pop will appear stating that no further changes will be entertained. Agree to it
- In case of change of category, you will have to pay the difference amount, post which you can download the corrected NEET application form.
NEET Login for Admit Card Download
NEET admit card 2025 is a mandatory document to be carried on the exam day. As stated earlier, to get access to it you have to go to the NTA NEET login window and do the following:
- Visit NTA NEET login page by going to NEET 2025 official website
- Login using you application number and password
- Click on ‘NEET Admit Card’ tab
- Go through the details mentioned and download it in PDF format to get it printed

NEET Login for OMR Sheet 2025
NTA will release the answers you have marked in the OMR sheet during the exam. This will help you in predicting your NEET score. To check this, you have to do the following:
- Login to NEET 2025 official website
- Click on ‘view OMR sheet’
- NEET 2025 OMR sheet will appear on the screen.
- Download in PDF format.
Note: NEET answer key bearing all the right answers or closest correct answer will either be released along with the NEET OMR sheet or a couple of days after it.
