NTA has updated the NEET 2025 photo guidelines to ensure clarity. In 2024 the photo could be either in colour or black and white, the 2025 guidelines require the photo to be in colour with a white or light color background.
- The photo file size remains the same (10 KB to 200KB), in JPEG or JPG format as it enhances the overall quality of applications.
- NTA has not made any changes in signature guidelines, you have to upload the scanned image in JG/JPEG format with file size between 4KB and 30KB.

What are NEET Photo Size Guidelines Abroad
NEET is conducted abroad as well for Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizens ( OCI), PIOs( Persons of Indian Origin) and Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear from NEET Abroad.
- Candidates applying from abroad must follow the same registration process as those in India, but they need to choose an international test center during the application.
