The difficulty level of the NEET 2025 exam will depend on many factors, such as exam trends over the years, the types of questions asked, and how much the candidates studied. One can never predict the actual level of difficulty, but here are some things to take into account:
| Factor | Details |
|---|---|
| Recent Trends in NEET | Includes a mix of easy, moderate, and challenging questions. Biology is straightforward with NCERT; Physics and Chemistry require conceptual and numerical understanding. |
| Competitiveness | Increasing number of candidates yearly intensifies competition, but the syllabus and structure remain unchanged. |
| Syllabus and Pattern | Questions are based on NCERT for Classes 11 and 12.If you have grip over the NCERT questions you can score well in exam. |
| Your Preparation | Overall result depends upon the candidates individual Preparation |
The Safe Score in NEET 2025 depends upon various factors such as
Based On Past Trends Here is estimate of Safe Score:
| Category | Safe Score for Government MBBS Seats | Safe Score for BDS/BAMS/BHMS |
|---|---|---|
| General (UR) | 650+ | 500-550+ |
| OBC | 630+ | 480-530+ |
| SC/ST | 550+ | 400-450+ |
Scoring 450 Marks in NEET 2025 is achievable with consistent preparation and effective studying. Students should know the minimum qualifying marks required for NEET to participate in counselling. Understanding these cutoffs is important because it helps assess your chances of getting into BDS programs.
For general category candidates, the BDS Cut Off for NEET usually ranges from 720 to 164. Achieving these marks qualifies candidates to take part in the NEET counselling, where a NEET rank ideally below 15,000 can facilitate admission into top dental colleges like King George’s University of Dental Science in Lucknow, Government Dental College and Hospital in Jaipur, and Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences in New Delhi.
