Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counseling Round 1 Seat Allotment has been declared on July 31, 2023, on the official website ojee.nic.in. Candidates who are allotted a seat can pay the admission fees and report at the OJEE Cell with documents from August 02 to 08, 2023. Round 2 Counselling will start on August 14, 2023.

Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counseling Registration started on 12th July 2023 by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee (OJEE). Qualified candidates can register their name for Odisha NEET Counselling process on the official website. Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counselling last date for application is 16th July 2023.

According to the provided schedule, it is mandatory for all eligible PC Candidates to attend the Medical Board at LT - II, SCB Medical College, Cuttack, from July 13 to July 14, 2023. Likewise, all eligible ES candidates must attend the ES board at Rajya Sainik Board, Odisha, located in IRC Village, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, from July 12 to July 15, 2023.

In order to take part in the Odisha state medical counselling, candidates who have successfully cleared NEET UG must complete the registration process for data pre-processing in advance.

Please take note that eligibility for all state quota MBBS and BDS seats in Odisha is limited to candidates who are native to the state. However, candidates from other states may be eligible for the NRI quota seats only.

Candidates can register their name for Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counseling by using the following steps:

  • Need to register your name and log in to the account.
  • Candidates should fill out the application form with the required information
  • Make the payment of application fees and submit the application form.
  • Download the filled page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

Eligibility Criteria of Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counselling

Candidates must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for the Odisha NEET UG 2023 Counseling are listed below:

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) to be eligible for counselling.
  • For state quota seats, candidates should have a valid domicile certificate of Odisha. Only those candidates who are native to Odisha or have resided in the state for a specified period may be considered eligible.
  • Candidates should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete it on or before December 31, 2023. The upper age limit is generally 25 years for general category candidates, with relaxation provided for reserved categories.
  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
  • Candidates must have appeared for NEET UG 2023 and secured the minimum qualifying percentile as specified by the conducting authorities.
