CAT 2023 Official Notification has been released by IIM Lucknow. CAT 2023 Registration started on 2 August 2023. Candidates will be able to register their names till 13 September 2023 at 5 pm. The authorities will release the CAT Application Form on the official website - iimcat.ac.in.

CAT 2023 Exam Date is 26 November 2023. The exam will be held in three sessions across 300 examination centers in a total of 155 cities across the world. Faculty at IIM Lucknow, Dr. Sanjeet Singh has been appointed as the exam convenor of CAT 2023. Every year more than 2 lakh candidates apply for the CAT exam.

How to Apply for CAT 2023?

Candidates can register their names through the official website from 2 August to 13 September 2023. The stepwise process of registration is given below for the student's reference:

• Candidates must visit the official website of IIM at e, www.iimcat.ac.in
• After that register to generate a unique User ID and Password.
• After the registration candidates can log in with the generated User ID and Password to fill in the Application form.
• Fill out the application form with the required details such as Personal Details, • Academics, Work Experience, Programs, Test City, Payment, etc
• After that candidates can submit the application form after entering details and making online payment to complete the registration and application process
• Pay the CAT 2023 registration fee for General Category Candidates: Rs 2000 and for SC/ ST/ PwD: Rs 100 through any of the available methods
• Candidates must take a printout of the filled CAT 2023 application for future reference.

CAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the CAT Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria are given below:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWD/DA categories).
• Candidates who have completed CA/CS/ICWA and attained the required percentage are also eligible to apply for CAT 2023.
• Students currently in the final year of their Bachelor's degree program can also participate in the CAT exam for the year 2023.
