1.1 Stage 1 - Shortlisting candidates for Personal Appearance (PA)
IIM Raipur admission 2022 is based on 2 stages. First stage is shortlisting of candidates for personal appearance (PA), and the second stage is final selection. Final Selection of all the candidates is done on the basis of Final composite score for various categories including General, NC-OBC, EWS, SC, & ST Category.

A list of all the participants will be prepared for those candidates who have been selected for PA round which is based on their percentile score in CAT Exam for IIM Raipur. To become eligible for getting shortlisted for next round, all the candidates need to fulfil a specific admission criteria laid down by the institute. Candidates need to qualify the sectional cutoff and the overall CAT cutoff to become eligible for this round.
Every candidate deemed eligible (as per the above table) may or may not be able to find a place in the shortlist cutoff. The above cutoffs are indicative only. They can also be higher in actuality in accordance with the performance of the candidates.
For the Personal Interview (PI) round, candidates will have to appear in front of a panel. That panel generally includes a number of 2 members. In that interview, the interviewer will ask various questions about the academic profile, quality of work and personal characteristics from the candidates.
Batch size for MBA Program at IIM Raipur is 350 candidates. An offer letter by the institute will be sent to the candidates. Admissions to those candidates will be offered on the basis of CAT score, PA round, and profile.
Acceptance Fee: The candidates have to send an Offer Acceptance form if they want to accept the offer, only after getting the offer. The Offer Acceptance form is to be submitted along with an acceptance fee of INR 50,000. This acceptance fee of INR 50,000 will be adjusted with the fees of the first Term.
Withdrawal: The candidates can also withdraw the paid amount before their registration if they do not want to take admission but it will be given only after the deduction of processing charges of INR 10,000. The money will be refunded only before registration. After the registration of the candidates, no refund will be given to the candidates.
