During the PI, all candidates will have to provide two reference letters from teachers in the academic institution where they’ve studied previously or from their employers. These reference letters will be used in further evaluation of the candidate.
The final selection of the candidate will be done strictly on the basis of ranks in each category on the final aggregate score. The WAT score and the PI score after standardization across interview panels and sessions will be added to the following parameters to arrive at the final aggregate score.
