IIM Shillong Cut-off and selection criteria 2025-2027 have been released. The IIM Shillong cut-off 2024 is the same as the IIM Shillong CAT cut-off 2023.
The minimum qualifying CAT 2024 score required in all three sections (VARC, DILR, and QA) of the exam for being eligible for the GD-PI round is 75 percentile for students belonging to the General and EWS categories. For students belonging to DA and ST categories, the minimum CAT cut-off is 50 percentile.
A number of Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) have simplified their MBA/PGP admissions procedures in recent years by eliminating the Group Discussion (GD) and Written Ability Test (WAT) phases and concentrating only on the Personal Interview (PI) component.
Admission for PGP batch 2027-2025 batch is carried out in two phases
- In phase 1 candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview
- In phase 2 final merit list will be prepared for the offer of admission to the PGP 2025-2027 batch

- For candidates who don’t have a bachelor’s degree but have completed CA/ICWA/CS, the 'bachelor's degree marks’ would be considered as the percentage marks obtained in the final examination in CA/ICWA/CS.
- Candidates shortlisted for GD/PI rounds will be intimated through email and SMS tentatively in February.
- The list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the official website, as well.
- Selected candidates will be then required to fill up the interview form available online and upload the same.
- Candidates, who appear in PI will be able to view their admission status, tentatively in May 2024 on the official website.
- An admission offer letter would be sent to all the candidates shortlisted for admission.

The selection process for admission to LNMU varies depending on the course:
- BTech - Candidates must have a valid JEE Main scorecard and register for counselling and seat allotment.
- MTech - Candidates must have a GATE scorecard and a relevant BTech/BE degree.
