CAT 2025 Application Form Correction Window opened in online mode on September 2025. The correction window is made available by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) to all the successfully registered candidates so that, they can make edits in their application form. 

• With the CAT 2025 form correction window, candidates will be able to edit the uploaded images such as photographs and signatures, and Exam centre preferences.
• However, No changes will be allowed in the details such as name, DOB, email ID, and mobile number in the CAT 2025 Application Form.

Candidates are advised to fill in the correct details in the application form on the first go. However, if some mistakes are made then they will also be allowed to modify some details in the form. The CAT application form correction window will be available only for a short period of 3 days. During that time candidates can correct some details, or upload the images as per the guidelines of IIM.

How To Do CAT Form Correction?

• Click on the ‘Existing User’ tab.
• Login to your account using your User ID and password.
• Now, navigate through the different sections in the application form and modify or change the incorrect details.
• Click on the ‘Save’ tab after making all the required changes in the application form.
• Candidates can download or take the printout of their updated CAT application form.

Image Size and Format

You have to upload the photograph and signature as per the guidelines issued by IIM in the registration notice. You must go through the photo size guidelines before re-uploading these documents during the application edit window.

CAT Form Correction Window: Point To Remember

• Recommended internet browsers to fill up the CAT application form are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
• Do not leave any field marked as mandatory empty.
• Keep a copy of the duly filled form and fee payment acknowledgement slip safe.
• Upload your recent passport-size photograph as you will be required to affix the same photograph to the admit card on the day of the exam.
• An uploaded signature must be in the running handwriting using a black or blue pen. Signatures in capital letters will not be accepted. Doing that can lead to the cancellation of the CAT application form.
• Candidates can only make changes once during the correction window. Once they submit the application form after making corrections, they cannot make any changes to the form further.
• No additional fee is charged to make changes to the Application Form.
• Candidates cannot make any changes to their personal details through the CAT form correction window. If they want to edit details of work experience and academics they need to contact the helpdesk.

The helpdesk is available on the phone from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is closed on Sundays and national/ public holidays.

What After CAT Form Correction Window 2025?

After the closure of the application form correction window, IIM will release the admit card. Only those candidates who have correctly filled in their application form will be able to download the Admit Card 2025 at iimcat.ac.in. The admit card will contain the details of your allotted test centre and Google Maps link. Candidates must make sure to utilize the form correction facility (if needed) as no changes are entertained after the release of the hall ticket.
