How to Pay CAT 2026 Application Fees- Step by Step
The application fees for CAT 2026 are paid only via iimcat.ac.in and in online mode. Do not close the browser while payment.
- Visit the official portal –iimcat.ac.in
- Click New Registration and fill in the details.
- Verify your credentials and contact details.
- Log in and complete the application process.
- Upload the needful documents.
- Select your preferred cities
- Proceed to the payment tab and choose your preferred mode of payment.
- Pay the amount of 2700 for others and 1350 for SC, ST, PwD.

CAT 2026 Registration- Step by Step
Registration is fully online and starts from August 3, 10 am onwards, to September 15, 5 pm.
- Visit the Portal- Go to the official CAT 2026 portal for registration and create an account.
- Create Account- Click “New Candidate Registration” and give your name, birth details, and email.
- Verification - After your mobile number and email are provided, you will be sent an OTP to verify them.
- Fill out the form- log in and enter your personal details, academic details, and work experience, if any.
- Choice Filling- Select any 5 cities as per your choice in CAT 2026, and you will be allotted the same on exam day.
- Documents upload- Input a scanned photo and your signature as per the details already mentioned on the site.
- Pay fee- Submit your fees and pay via UPI or deit/credit card, and you are done with the CAT 2026 registration process.
